Club Nets:
- Our club holds a net each Thursday at 8:30PM on the W2DRZ repeater (146.790 PL 127.3) in Frewsburg, NY.
Meetings/Licensing VE sessions:
- Our club meets on the first Saturday of each month, except for July (right after Field Day). We also have a meeting at Field Day at which time we hold elections for officers. Regular meetings are held at the Martz-Kohl Observatory, 176 Robbin Hill Rd Frewsburg, NY 14738. Our meetings are to discuss Amateur Radio and communications related topics, and to administer FCC Amateur Radio License exams. Technician, General, and Extra class tests are offered. Our meetings start at 12:30 PM, and exam sessions start after each meeting at approximately 2:00 PM. Exams are open to the public, but please let us know in advance if you plan to attend one of our test sessions. Bring $15 for the exam fee, your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and a form photo ID. If you cannot attend our meeting, you can schedule an exam time and date by contacting Laura Mueller (N2LJM) at N2LJM@yahoo.com.
